Is There Alcohol In This?

Did you know that mike's hard Lemonade has 5.2% alcohol in it? This is my drink of choice when we ladies go out drunk-bowling or hitting the dance floor.
It's the only drink I really know. I'm saying this because I don't know my daqueries from my shots.
One day I took myself along with some friends of mine (C & A) to Beiging Restaurant, (the best damn Chinese/Mandarin food you will ever taste in your life!-Closed Monday's)We ordered drinks and appetizers. My friends ordered Daqueries; it sounded fun, so I ordered one as well. I just thought it was a fruit drink. The drinks came and it was D-licious.
I drank nearly the whole thing when I noticed somewhat of a funny taste. I told the ladies that my drink tasted a little funny but I can't place the taste. So I'm smacking my lips together to find out what that hint of... whatever it was. I then asked "Is there alcohol in this?" My friends started laughing and told me that daqueries do in fact have alcohol in it. Honestly, I did not know this and I was quite embarrassed by the whole thing. C reminds me now and again every time I drink something or order an adult beverage"Is there alcohol in this?"
Another time was when we were out and decided to do some shots....The ladies ordered their shots and when it was my turn, I slammed my fist on the counter and exclaimed"Jack!" The bartender and C's eyes both popped out thinking 'wow, how brave!- or how really stupid.'
The drinks came back and I was bewildered as to why my drink was so much darker in color than theirs, and I just didn't get it. C explained what we ordered and then told me about Jack! I thought Jack was Jose' and instead of ordering Cuervo, I ordered Daniels! I was soooo confused. Big mistake. Well, I couldn't stomach the thought of swallowing whiskey. So, my friend stepped up to the plate and we switched shots! She drank my Jack and I drank her Jose'(as originally planned). These two things...I never live down.
Jose' Cuervo you are a friend of mine, I like to drink you with a little salt 'n lime!
Drinks I recommend, Strawberry Margarita's, Mikes Hard Lemonade, Cuervo, and if your feeling real good...Patrone. Watch out for that Patrone...you might end up dancing in a cage. .....That's another story.
