Ch-ch-ch-changes!

Part of my homework (Aarrgghh!) is writing a reaction paper to my new books I read for class. thought that I would share a little bit of it if you don't mind.
...The changes I have made in the past year went from dysfunctional chaos to positive, fun thinking with my children and a few of my close friends....
I now know that everything doesn't need to be chaotic and it feels much healthier. We laugh a lot more than we used to, we play board games together and enjoy it and have recently been told that it is noticed that we open our window blinds when we used to shut out the world. Changes will consist of making positive habits for me and my children, the sky is the limit. My newest transition is going back to school after twenty years. My children and my friends are very proud of me. I'm finding it fun peeling off the old layers of survival mode.

To inform you about my newest place of employment...I'm on my 4th week of being there. Pennylicious says that my training is going very well. Again, I impressed Big J (or shocked the hell out of him) when I used my training skills to finish a project that he thought that he was going to help me finish. It felt good to step up to the plate and show him how well the gals have trained me. Thank you ladies.

It's late...I have to go to bed with my full plate that I have created.
Chow.

Rock on Neesie!! You are doing so well, both for yourself and for your children!! It feels so good to MATURE and to rise above the chaos! That's a huge hurdle of growing up that is not easily gained, especially when you grow up in survival mode. To break free of victimhood and rightfully claim your life for yourself is the best gift you can give to your children.

Keep it up!

And, you're right, you're doing very well and impressing us all at work! I'll see you in 10 mins!!

I am enjoying watching you take hold of life. It is wonderful to see you and the kids learning that life is full of good and to be enjoyed. The changes you are making are not only making things better for the three of you, but they are breaking the cycle. That my friend is huge!!!!!
